TRUSTEE NOMINATION FORM

In order to save HOA funds, the Board of Trustees have authorized that the attached Nomination Form be made available to homeowners on the website.

If you would like to nominate someone for the June 7, 2025 Board election (all three Trustees will be elected for a term of three years), please print the Nomination Form and return by either email or USPS. Feel free to contact your community manager, Josh, with questions or for help.

NOMINATIONS FORMS ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY TUESDAY, JUNE 3, 2025. IF THERE ARE ANY NOMINATIONS, A BALLOT WILL BE CREATED AND EMAILED/POSTED ON THE WEBSITE AS WELL.

NOMINATIONS WILL ALSO BE ACCEPTED DURING THE ANNUAL MEETING ON JUNE 7, 2025. SHOULD NO ONE STEP UP TO SERVE, THE CURRENT TRUSTEES, IF THEY AGREE, WILL REMAIN SEATED UNTIL THE NEXT ELECTION IN JUNE, 2028.
